​French Touchpad

French touchpad is a fictitious convention project realized during my production management classes. The goal was to imagine a way to put forward the graduation projects of my class and especially to realize all the organization so that the project could be given to a customer without him having to work on it.

 

The project had to be as complete as possible in order to be able to quantify and organize its theoretical workload, define the teams and people to contact and list the necessary equipment.

We had no economic constraints and did not have to present the economic aspect of the project.

I chose a convention-show organized over 7 months.
