Post mortem: ROOM

After the realization of the ROOM project, we were asked to provide a post-mortem document gathering different information on the project management within the group.

 

We can for example find a study on the opinions of the group concerning the management, our method of analysis, the workload as well as different findings and problems in order to identify the points on which to improve during future projects.
